This collection of spreadsheets generates a fascinating variety of spiral designs and symmetrical patterns, based on selected by the user.
The spreadsheets and their corresponding charts were created with Microsoft Excel 4.0. To manipulate the graphics, open a spreadsheet and the corresponding chart. Try changing the numbers in the box, and watch what happens!
For the adventurous: By changing the user-selected numbers in small increments, a series of charts can be generated and saved as a set of PICTs, which can then be assembled into a QuickTime movie using a shareware utility like MooVer. A sample movie is included with this collection.
This edition of SpiroChart is being made available as GratuityWare. No shareware fee is being charged, but if you like the program and use it, some financial support would certainly be appreciated. Your comments, suggestions, and cheques for any amount in $US can be sent to
